Online Course Description

Pitch@School’s Entrepreneurial Mindset Education Online Course is a flexible 6-week course that allows students to learn at their own pace. It is part of the overall Pitch@School Programme where students must complete the Online Course to be eligible to participate in the pitching competitions.

Each week is a 2-hour module consisting of 6 micro lessons of 10-20 minute durations delivered in a user-friendly manner that covers the basic essentials to prepare students for their practical experience.

Micro lessons involve breaking topics down into easily digestible, bite-sized chunks that don’t overwhelm learners with new information. By sticking to just a few points, the likelihood of learners retaining the new knowledge is dramatically enhanced. It’s the principle behind why learning the first 10 digits of Pi feels impenetrable when presented as 3.141592653 but suddenly becomes approachable when displayed in three chunks: 3.141-592-653.

Micro lessons are increasingly being used worldwide by large corporations and government agencies to train their workforce.

Complementing Pitch@School’s Online Course are onsite workshops held at the schools conducted by dedicated coaches who will work alongside teachers and mentors to help students with their learning process and guide them with hands-on experiences.
